Return and Refund Policy
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase within 14 working days of delivery, we are happy to offer a full refund under the Distance Selling Regulations. To do so, please notify us by emailing email@example.com or writing to Bodysource Limited, 915 High Road, London, N12 8QJ. Once your item has been returned, a full refund will be processed, usually within 7 working days. Please ensure that the returned products are in a saleable condition and in the original packaging in which they were provided. If the item is not faulty, original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
If an item arrives either damaged or incomplete, you are entitled to an exchange, or a full or partial refund. Please contact us and follow the same procedure as detailed above. We will be happy to refund the cost of postage for damaged or incomplete items. For all other cancellations, you must return the goods to us at your cost. Please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method - no cash refunds are available. Your original invoice must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return.
For legal or hygiene reasons, we may on occasion ask for photographic evidence of damage or faults as opposed to a return.
